A walk

Andy and I took a walk on the "wild" side at Castle Forest Lodge.

Our guide walked us through the forest for nearly three hours. Most of the guides at Castle Forest Lodge have spent most of their lives around the area and know the forest's many pathways.

We enjoyed the quiet of the green maze before us. There were birds above us, and tiny animals and insects below and around us. It was awesome looking through the trees into the sky above us. Such a humbling experience. We couldn't help feeling so small standing alongside these tall trees and yet very honored to be in this magnificent setting.

Hope we captured the beauty... and you enjoyed the pictures.
